How I did yesterday?
Water - check......easy
Stretch and arms? NO - so sad. This morning I was stiff and did stretch
Salad - check......easy
Chocolate chips - check....easy because I made chocolate cake :)
Read New Testament - check By Friday I will end Mark
Why the chocolate chips? I'm not trying to lose weight. Of course I wouldn't mind if a few inches got lost, but that's not the point of the limited chocolate chips. I used to eat 4/day. 2 after lunch, 2 after dinner. However, lately they've been an emotional addiction. Whenever my life isn't "just right" I run to the chocolate chip jar. And I don't just take 1. I want to run to the Lord. Not the jar :)
Goals for today:
Run 3 miles in under 29 minutes
No more than 6 chocolate chips ( I have already had cake for breakfast :)
Continue with good water
Salad for lunch - again, this isn't about losing weight. I might also have a few chips with it. It's about eating more veggies!
