How I did yesterday?
Run 5 miles? Check! We did walk a tad at mile 4 but I'm ok with that. It was hard. Seemed much harder than 4.6 miles last week. My knees are starting to hurt.
Eat salad for lunch? Check! And I enjoyed it
Drink 2 quarts of water? Check! I really had no idea how much water I drink in a day, but 2 quarts was easy.
Eat no more than 8 chocolate chips? Check! I ate 6
Overall: Felt good about myself yesterday
Goals for today:
Stretch legs and lift arms
Eat salad for lunch
Drink 2+ quarts of water
No more than 8 chocolate chips
Read 2-3 chapters of New Testament......already done :)
