84 days.....

Ran 2 miles on the hills this morning.

The hills are soooo hard.
Makes me realize how much I need to run on hills or incline.
Flat is good for my mind, not good for my body.



Tried out my new friend on my wrist.
Loved it!
I had set parameters though to beep if I was under 9min/mile or over 11min/mile.
Way annoying.
The whole downhill it just keep beeping!
Of course then I had to come up!
It beeped again.
But thankfully not as much as when I was going down :)
I loved just knowing exactly how much more I had to do.
Kind of like being on the treadmill - only outside.


Goals for tomorrow:
Start Romans
Rest....aaaahhhhhh
Mentally prepare for that 10k coming up a week from today!
